Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Processor for an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity in Millville, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured office production work, accurate data entry, document handling, and working with confidential business records.

The Document Processor will support a document imaging and records management operation by preparing, scanning, indexing, and organizing sensitive client documents. Key Responsibilities

- Sort, prepare, and organize documents for scanning and electronic processing.
- Operate scanning equipment and review scanned images for quality and accuracy.
- Index, label, and organize electronic files according to established procedures.
- Perform accurate data entry while maintaining production and quality standards.
- Maintain production logs, records, and documentation as required.
- Assist with additional operational tasks in a secure records management environment.


- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Work Location: On-site in Millville, NJ.
- Dress Code: Professional business casual.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Prepare, scan, index, and organize business documents and electronic records.
- Review image quality and maintain accuracy throughout the document imaging process.
- Complete data entry and production tracking in a structured office production setting.
- Handle confidential client records, secure documents, and incoming mail with care.

- 1 to 2 years of related office, production, document processing, records management, or data entry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production-based office environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be able to work on-site and in person.
- Must currently be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and full panel drug screen.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a secure processing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in document imaging, mailroom operations, records management, scanning, indexing, or secure data processing.
- Experience working in a quality-focused production environment with daily performance goals.
- Familiarity with handling confidential business documents, client records, or financial services documentation.
