Role: Associate Document Specialist
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Assignment: Mail processing and document preparation for scanning
Location: Parma, OH 44130, On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (Overtime may be available)

What you’ll do:
• Separate, open, and process incoming mail
• Prepare documents for scanning
• Make glass copies as needed
• Perform scanning-related tasks using computer systems after training
• Complete other duties as assigned
• Lift and move materials weighing 10–50 lbs
• Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Basic computer knowledge for training and scanning systems
• Basic PC and typing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with co-workers, management, sales, and production staff
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks according to established procedures, sequence, and pace while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels
• Ability to manage moderate stress levels for extended periods
• Ability to stand for at least eight (8) hours per day
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as required by work volume and customer needs
• Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus; knowledge of printing and scanning equipment is preferred
