We are seeking a dedicated Document Processing Clerk to join our production facility in Parma, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prepping, scanning, inspecting, and compiling documents to meet high standards of quality and output. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
?? Location: 5575 Venture Drive, Unit D, Parma, OH 44130
?? Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Cell phones must be on silent and stored in lockers—no exceptions
?? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT Possible)
?? Dress Code: Business casual (jeans without tears OK, no leggings, crocs, or offensive/political graphics)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, scan, inspect, compile, and bind documents
• Operate scanning and printing equipment (including KODAK Scanners)
• Maintain organized and efficient workstations
• Perform basic equipment maintenance (clearing jams, refilling toner, etc.)
• Handle and lift items between 10–50 lbs as needed
• Complete documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly
• Communicate effectively with team and management to resolve issues
• Meet daily production goals and time productivity standards (IPH)

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC and typing skills; ability to read and understand English instructions
• Experience in a similar industry or with scanning/printing equipment is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to a noisy environment
• Must be flexible with shifts, including possible overtime or weekend work
• Reliable transportation to the Parma site (free parking available)
• Must bring lunch (30-minute lunch break); vending machines, fridge, and microwave
