Position Overview
The Document Processing / Scanning Associate is responsible for preparing, scanning, inspecting, and organizing documents while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. This role requires working in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize documents for scanning and processing
Separate and open incoming mail
Scan documents and create copies as needed
Inspect, compile, assemble, and bind documents according to required specifications
Maintain quality standards and production output requirements
Meet established Impressions per Hour (IPH) and productivity standards
Operate and maintain scanning equipment, including clearing jams, refilling toner, and performing basic maintenance
Use KODAK scanners and related equipment to complete orders accurately
Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate equipment issues or workflow concerns promptly to management
Maintain an organized workstation to prevent errors
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer and PC skills
Basic typing skills
Ability to read and understand instructions in English
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and supervisors
Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain flexible
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Experience in document processing, printing, or scanning equipment is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to lift and move materials weighing 10–50 lbs
Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, sitting, and standing
Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels
Ability to handle moderate stress levels in a fast-paced environment

Dress Code:
Business casual
Closed-toe shoes required (no Crocs)
Jeans without tears are acceptable
No leggings or gym/active wear
No clothing with offensive or political graphics
Additional Policies:
Cell phones must be on silent and stored in lockers at all times and are not allowed on the production floor
Lunch break is 30 minutes; employees are encouraged to bring lunch
Vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves are available onsite
Free parking is available at the facility
Additional Notes
Candidates must have basic computer knowledge for training and use of scanning systems.
Work volume may require overtime or schedule flexibility based on operational needs.
