We’re looking for a Microsoft Word automation expert to lead template development and document automation for a legal team. If you love solving complex formatting challenges and building tools that make work easier, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Create and maintain advanced Word templates with styles, multilevel numbering, and cross-references.
Develop VBA macros and UserForms to automate repetitive tasks.
Customize the Office Ribbon (RibbonX/XML) for firm-specific tools.
Troubleshoot and repair document formatting issues.
Train staff on new templates and automation tools.

Must-Have Requirements:
? Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification in Word – must
? Advanced Microsoft Word skills (Developer tab, field codes, content controls).
? VBA programming experience for Word automation.
? Ability to customize RibbonX/XML.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
(Legal document experience preferred but not required if technical skills are strong.)
