Job Title: DockMaster
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Irving, TX
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a DockMaster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or facilities coordination and be comfortable handling a high volume of accountable deliveries—up to 1,500 packages daily.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $21/hr

Responsibilities:
• Manage loading dock operations, including receiving, logging, and routing all packages
• Ensure secure handling and proper storage of deliveries
• Coordinate with couriers and tenants for inbound and outbound shipments
• Serve as the main point of contact for building management and tenant inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of delivery volume and activity

Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a DockMaster or in a similar logistics/facilities support role
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
• Proficient in using pallet jacks and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
• Skilled in managing large volumes of deliveries (FedEx, UPS, couriers)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with package tracking systems, shipping platforms, and scheduling tools
