Distribution and Warehouse Supervisor

A growing, well-established manufacturing company in the Kent area is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, support production, and keep inventory and shipping running smoothly.

This is a key role where you’ll have visibility across the operation and the opportunity to bring structure, improve processes, and lead a solid team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping
- Support production by ensuring materials are available and flowing without delays
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and documentation
- Lead, train, and support a team of material handlers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Partner with production and leadership to improve efficiency and workflow

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within manufacturing or distribution
-- Comfortable using warehouse systems (ERP/WMS experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to lead a team, hold accountability, and keep things moving
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
