Distribution Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized inventory
- Restock packing stations and transfer materials between departments
- Use basic systems (Google Suite, Slack, ERP tools) to track and communicate work
- Participate in daily team huddles and contribute to a strong team environment

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in order picking, fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory roles
- Comfortable with repetitive, active work throughout the day
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Emotionally intelligent—able to stay professional, composed, and solution-oriented
- Team player who contributes to a supportive, no-drama work environment
- Forklift or ERP experience is a plus, but not required
What to Expect Day-to-Day
Structured schedule with a mix of order picking, inventory tasks, and team collaboration throughout the day. This is a physically active role that requires consistency, focus, and a strong work ethic.
