Distribution Specialist
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Pay: Approximately $21-24/hour

What you’ll do
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for packing and shipment.
Cycle count and help maintain accurate inventory.
Transfer product from quality control into finished goods inventory.
Restock packing stations and support daily warehouse flow.
Use basic computer tools to support communication and inventory tasks.
Work closely with a small, collaborative team to keep operations running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
Experience in order fulfillment, inventory, picking, or cycle counting.
Receiving experience is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems is helpful, especially if you’ve used inventory or order management tools.
Comfortable using basic Google Suite tools such as Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.
Able to use Slack or similar communication tools.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
Someone who works well with others and brings a positive, can-do attitude.
A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
