This Dispatcher Position Features: Stability and growth!!
The person must be sharp and on it – and extremely flexible. Customer's scheduling change can happen frequently. The scheduling changes can occur frequent . In our industry things happen by the second. Having attention to detail, following the inspectors skillset and geography will help minimize from this occurring. However, some things are just going to happen.

Urgency and Place Keeping are a must.

Job is fast paced and dynamic. Daily duties include moving from one task to another quickly and efficiently.

Must have dispatching or logistics. 75% dispatch and 25% admin work.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating, Scheduling, and Dispatching Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, and other Fire Life Safety Inspections within the Repair / Service / Inspection Departments.
• Schedule equipment and other vendors to complete work.
• Create and Track Purchase Orders, Track and Manage parts and material orders & required job tools.
• Communicate with Sales and Field for scheduling and completion of jobs.
• Oversee job status – upcoming/ongoing work

PREFERRED SKILLS
Phone and written communication skills are a must and must be capable in Microsoft Office products and PDF. Must be computer knowledgeable to learn new applications and platforms.
