A well-established company with excellent benefits is seeking a reliable Dispatcher / Billing Specialist to support daily operations. This role involves coordinating with field teams, organizing schedules, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with technicians and plumbers through phone and email
• Plan and adjust schedules for upcoming service calls
• Create and process invoices
• Maintain customer accounts, records, and job files
• Address billing adjustments and accuracy requests
• Provide general dispatch and administrative support as needed
Ideal Candidate:
• 3+ years of Billing or Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
• Capable of multitasking and staying organized in a fast-moving environment
