We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to manage daily service operations, optimize technician schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality customer service. This role requires strong decision-making, deep dispatch experience, and the ability to handle high call volume while balancing customer needs and field efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch and route HVAC technicians based on skill set, urgency, and location
Manage same-day changes, emergency calls, and service delays
Serve as the primary communication link between technicians and customers
Monitor KPIs such as response time, first-call resolution, and schedule efficiency
Train or support junior dispatchers and assist with process improvements
Qualifications
3+ years of dispatch experience in HVAC or field service
Strong understanding of service workflows and technician utilization
Confident handling escalated customer issues
Proficient with dispatching and scheduling software
Reliable, decisive, and calm under pressure
