Training Schedule
Duration: 2 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Post-Training Work Schedule
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Rotation: 3 days on, 2 days off (rotating schedule)
Includes: Weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and schedule non-emergency medical transport
Dispatch vehicles and coordinate routes for efficiency and timeliness
Communicate with drivers, patients, and healthcare facilities
Maintain accurate records of transport activity and patient information
Respond to scheduling changes and urgent situations calmly and efficiently
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean background check required
Experience with insurance verification preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Previous dispatch or customer service experience is a plus
Basic computer skills; familiarity with dispatch software preferred
