We foster an environment where your contributions are valued, your voice is heard, and your well-being matters.

We are currently seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to support our field crews and project managers with efficient scheduling, dispatch, and communication. If you are highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping others succeed, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate daily dispatch of crews, drivers, and equipment to project sites
Communicate schedules clearly with team members and clients
Monitor project timelines and adjust dispatch plans as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with project managers to forecast scheduling needs
Maintain accurate records of job assignments, equipment usage, and timekeeping
Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative work culture

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or related roles (construction industry experience a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy, with experience using scheduling or dispatch software
A collaborative spirit and commitment to team success
A genuine focus on safety and well-being — yours and others

Why Work With Us:
A supportive, people-first culture where you are treated with respect
Competitive compensation and full benefits package
Opportunities for growth and development
Emphasis on work-life balance and wellness initiatives
A leadership team that listens and cares

How to Apply:
