We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Dispatch & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, Colorado. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing dispatch coordination with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate daily dispatching, scheduling, and routing of field personnel
-Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and customers
-Monitor schedules, adjust assignments as needed, and resolve issues in real time
-Perform administrative duties including data entry, document management, and reporting
-Support office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
-Maintain clear and professional communication across departments
-Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
-Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a dynamic work environment
-Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
