Job Summary

A respected European-style café in Santa Monica, CA is hiring a full-time Dishwasher for a direct hire opportunity on the PM shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and interested in growing within the restaurant and food service industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house workspaces.
- Support kitchen staff by keeping clean supplies available during service.
- Remove trash, clean floors, and assist with general kitchen cleaning as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain reliable attendance and support a fast-paced PM shift operation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $40,000 to $43,000 per year.
- Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week.
- PM shift starts at 2:00 PM.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Immediate start available.
- Room for growth.
