Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Emergency Road Service and Fleet departments, ensuring efficient operations and superior service.
Oversee strategic initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage the employee programs, including staff training, inventory, and warranty processing.
Coach and mentor staff, ensuring accountability, performance, and professional development.
Coordinate emergency operations during severe weather or high-demand situations.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in operations, supervision, or team management.
Proven record of improving business processes and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of emergency roadside service operations and basic automotive concepts.
