Director of Quality Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly capable Quality Assurance Manager who is ready to step into a Director-level role. This position will oversee our enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple facilities, driving quality performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting customer satisfaction in a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the company’s QMS, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC standards
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies on all quality matters
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement
• Lead internal audits, CAPA, and quality assurance processes across the organization
• Build and scale a high-performing quality organization to support growth and operational excellence
• Experience in quality leadership within aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and regulated quality environments (ITAR, CMMC preferred)
• Proven experience leading QMS across multiple sites or business units
• Demonstrated success in scaling quality systems in growing organizations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
