What You’ll Deliver
- Own full-cycle property claims—from incident intake to final resolution and recovery.
- Direct oversight of financials: claims costs, insurance coverage, subrogation, vendor billing.
- Lead projects with multiple stakeholders—adjusters, engineers, operations, finance, and legal.
- Drive efficiency—spot process improvements, help control costs, and ensure swift outcomes.
- Negotiate confidently with contractors and vendors to protect both assets and budgets.
- Maintain clarity—accurate documentation, timely updates, and polished reports.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of property claims leadership, including handling complex losses.
- Skilled in construction methods & restoration oversight—you understand the technical side.
- Confident communicator and negotiator with strong stakeholder management.
- Excel power-user; tech-savvy and comfortable learning claims management systems.
- Detail-focused, decisive, and driven—your judgement is trusted and respected.
- Professional, punctual, and open to occasional travel.
