We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Development leader to drive the company’s product vision and roadmap in alignment with brand, customer, and market objectives. This role leads customer-specific and market-driven product lines, balancing creativity, speed to market, quality, and margin while evolving the brand aesthetic and ensuring commercial success.

The position oversees the full product lifecycle from concept through production, providing creative direction, final design approvals, and ensuring accurate specifications for overseas manufacturing partners. You will lead pricing analysis, cost engineering, and vendor negotiations, while collaborating with factories to develop new materials and construction techniques.

This role also leads and develops the Product Development and Design teams and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Imports, and Sampling to ensure seamless execution and strong product storytelling. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of product development experience (preferably in home or consumer goods), proven team leadership, expertise in mass retail pricing, overseas manufacturing, and strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
