My client is looking for a Director who sees the operation not as a department to manage, but as a program to own; someone who seeks to elevate the program, from the first phone call a prospective patient makes to the clinical quality that keeps them coming back. - 5+ years of leadership experience in the mental health industry managing operations and program administration.
- Prior experience building and leading an IOP program strongly preferred (experience managing or supporting a PHP program is a plus)!
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or other related program preferred.
