SUPERINTENDENT
Heavy Civil / Utilities / Site Development
Responsibilities
• Lead daily field operations for civil construction projects, including earthwork, underground utilities (wet/dry), concrete, and paving coordination
• Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to meet production, schedule, and quality targets
• Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and project requirements
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and field documentation
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, owners, and subcontractors
• Track daily production, resolve field conflicts, and proactively address unforeseen conditions
Qualifications
• 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil or site development
• Strong knowledge of utility installation, grading, and civil sequencing
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and schedules
• Proven leadership and safety-first mindset
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership for all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Oversee project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams
• Drive standardization of processes, safety programs, and operational best practices
• Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, staffing, and growth strategy
• Support preconstruction, scheduling, risk management, and project execution across the portfolio
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in heavy civil or commercial construction
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and client-facing leadership
• Experience with utilities, site development, and civil construction operations preferred
