What You’ll Do:

Lead Operations: Direct and manage manufacturing, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.

Inspire Teams: Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing workforce.

Drive Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing practices to boost efficiency and product quality.

Maintain Quality: Ensure compliance with Mil-Aero, life sciences, and industrial standards.

Manage Supply Chains: Oversee vendor relationships, optimize inventory, and streamline delivery schedules.

Keep Customers Happy: Partner with sales and service teams to deliver on-time, every time.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment

Strong people management skills with the ability to unite teams

Hands-on, adaptable, and quick to act in a fast-moving setting

Experience in Mil-Aero, life sciences, or industrial manufacturing a plus
