We are seeking a dynamic Director of Member Services to lead our membership initiatives and ensure an exceptional experience for all members. This role oversees a team managing member interactions, certification processing, renewals, and event registrations. You will play a key role in promoting engagement, retention, and delivering responsive, high-quality service in alignment with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all aspects of Member Services, including recruitment, retention, and reactivation strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Membership Services team, ensuring accurate processing of applications, renewals, and registrations.
• Supervise staff handling member communication, data entry, and customer support activities.
• Evaluate and improve membership processes and workflows for efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal departments and volunteer leaders to align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Represent Membership Services at industry meetings, committees, and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Monitor membership trends and maintain reporting systems for retention and engagement metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree with teaching or training experience (on-the-job or formal education).
• 5-7 years of experience as a Director managing inside sales or account executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflict with professionalism.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
• Travel up to 1-5 times per year may be required.
