A leading residential home builder is seeking a strategic and creative Director of Marketing to lead divisional marketing efforts across the Los Angeles and Ventura regions. This role is responsible for driving traffic, launching new communities, and elevating brand visibility through innovative campaigns, events, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with divisional sales goals.
• Community Launches: Lead marketing efforts for new community openings, including signage, sales office merchandising, and grand opening events.
• Promotions & Events: Collaborate with sales leadership and external agencies to plan weekly promotions and customer events that drive traffic and engagement.
• Advertising & Collateral: Oversee media planning, ad placement, and creative direction. Proof and approve all marketing materials prior to release.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze underperforming communities and implement targeted action plans in partnership with sales and agency teams.
• Digital Engagement: Leverage social media and digital marketing to build brand awareness and connect with prospective buyers.
• Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across events, promotions, and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing and sales
• Strong background in digital marketing and social media
• Agency experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience
• Bonus: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
