Are you a strategic legal professional with a passion for e-discovery and litigation technology? We’re seeking a Director of Litigation and E-Discovery to lead and manage all aspects of electronic discovery, litigation support, and data management for our firm. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll guide teams, optimize workflows, and implement cutting-edge legal tech solutions.
?? Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the firm’s end-to-end e-discovery strategy
Manage the Litigation Support Department, including staffing, mentorship, and performance oversight
Evaluate, select, and implement AI-driven legal technology and litigation support tools
Ensure compliance with discovery obligations and all applicable regulatory requirements
Act as a strategic consultant to attorneys on e-discovery best practices and technologies
Oversee quality assurance and audits of litigation files and data processes
Develop and deliver training programs for attorneys and staff on litigation software and procedures
Manage the department’s budget and resource allocation
? Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in managing e-discovery and litigation support operations
In-depth knowledge of litigation support tools, including AI and emerging legal technologies
Strong understanding of discovery compliance, including federal and state rules of civil procedure
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Effective communication and consulting skills with attorneys, IT professionals, and stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment
