Work setup: Onsite - 5x a week in the office
Base Salary: $130k - $170k
Experienced leader needed to own total rewards for a large retail corporation (35,000 employees; ~1,000 corporate; ~260 stores). In-office role with ~25% travel and management of a ~20-person team.
Key responsibilities
• Lead compensation strategy, job leveling, market benchmarking and incentive programs.
• Manage benefits programs and vendor RFPs (medical, dental, vision).
• Oversee HR systems work (currently Taleo; HRIS migration experience a plus).
• Partner with senior leaders to align pay and benefits with business goals.
Must-have
• 6+ years as an HR Manager/Director
• Proven experience in benefits management and large compensation initiatives.
• Experience managing vendor RFPs for medical/dental/vision.
• HRIS/Taleo exposure and migration experience preferred.
• Strong people leader with experience managing 15–25 staff.
