Position: Director of Finance & Accounting
San Juan, PR

Summary:
The Director of Finance & Accounting is responsible for leading all financial, accounting, and administrative operations of the company. This role supports strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, and compensation modeling, while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Guide procurement decisions and support vendor evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Supervise accounting and administrative teams to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Design compensation models, including bonuses and commissions aligned with business goals.
• Provide financial forecasts, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Represent the company before auditors, banks, and government agencies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of senior-level finance and accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience implementing financial systems and leading financial projects.
