We are seeking a Director of Finance for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to support organizational goals.
- Develop finance strategies by providing financial insights, accounting analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
- Oversee finance team performance, including staffing, training, coaching, communication, and accountability.
- Evaluate operational processes, financial systems, cost reduction opportunities, and resource needs.
- Support long-term financial planning, capital forecasting, investment relationships, and growth initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

- 3 to 5 years of relevant finance, accounting, financial control, or financial management experience.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and direct finance personnel.
- Excellent critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Skilled in time management, coordination, negotiation, persuasion, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, systems analysis, and financial resource management skills.
- Ability to monitor performance, establish key metrics, and implement improvements that support organizational goals.
- Commitment to staying current with financial regulations, industry practices, and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic planning, growth initiatives, acquisitions, expansions, or cost reduction efforts.
- Experience improving finance systems, controls, reporting processes, or operational workflows.
- Background in business services or a related professional services environment.
- Participation in professional finance or accounting organizations.
