Job Title:Director of Finance
Location:Orlando, FL (In-Office, Mon–Fri)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations, audits, and grant reporting for a growing nonprofit organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Prepare financial reports for leadership, boards, and grant funders.
Manage audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit regulations.
Oversee day-to-day accounting: AP/AR, payroll, GL, and reconciliations.
Track grants and foundation funding with accurate reporting and compliance.
Drive process improvements and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA a plus.
5+ years nonprofit or grant-funded finance experience.
Strong technical skills: QuickBooks, Excel, financial modeling.
Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
