The Opportunity
We’re seeking a visionary Director of Finance to lead our financial strategy, drive operational efficiency, and empower data-driven decision-making across the business. This is more than a numbers role — it’s a strategic seat at the table, influencing growth, investment, and innovation.

What You’ll Do
• Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term growth and profitability.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide actionable insights and guide business decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Oversee risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial results and strategic recommendations to the board, investors, and senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader (Director, VP, or similar) in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong command of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial technologies is a plus.
