Join a fast-growing company that provides end-to-end logistics services. We’re seeking a Director of Client Services to lead and scale our client support operations located in the Triad Area.

About the Role
As Director of Client Services, you will oversee a growing team of Project Coordinators and Administrative Staff who manage complex logistics for national clients. You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading and growing a team of 7-15 Project Coordinators Leaders, Project Coordinators & Administrative Staff
Structuring scalable support systems and future leadership roles
• Ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency
Collaborating cross-functionally with logistics, transportation, and titling teams
Managing escalations and delivering real-time project updates via Work Management systems

What You’ll Do
• Build and lead a high-performing, adaptable team
• Set clear standards and hold team members accountable
• Drive change and implement new processes quickly
• Partner closely with leadership to align team goals with business strategy
• Ensure the team is resourced and structured to meet evolving client needs

• Experience managing client escalations and operational metrics
• A track record of building positive, accountable teams

• Background in: Aviation, Freight and Logistics is a plus
