Our client in the construction industry is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team for a direct hire (permanent role). This role is 100% onsite and the schedule is 7am-4pm, M-F, with an hour lunch. 2-3 years of payroll experience is required as well as experience with ADP is required.
Some key responsibilities of the role include:
• Accurately maintain payroll data through the collection, calculation, and input of information.
• Update payroll records with any changes in exemptions, savings deductions, and adjustments in job titles or departmental transfers.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies through detailed collection and analysis of information.
• Uphold payroll operational standards by adhering to policies and procedures and suggesting necessary modifications.
• Ensure the confidentiality of payroll operations and employee information.
• Deliver exceptional support to employees with any payroll-related queries or concerns.
• Contribute to the team's objectives by fulfilling related tasks as required.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
