Position: Digital Printer Operator
Location: Parma, OH 44130
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: First Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Summary
This position operates a high-speed digital production printer and assists with related production duties including paper movement, envelope stuffing, and carton packing. This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift. Good attendance is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Operate high-speed digital production printers
Load paper, clear jams, unload printed material
Perform occasional post-processing (binding, shrink-wrapping, etc.)
Move materials such as paper and cartons
Assist with printing and mailing support tasks
Follow quality, safety, and production procedures
Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk and stand for the entire shift
Must lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Must twist, bend, and move continuously in a production environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of related work experience preferred (printing or copy center is ideal)
Basic PC skills required (training is computer-based)
Attendance and schedule reliability required
Candidates should be detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of:
Copier/printer equipment
MS Office Suite
Shipping/receiving procedures
Basic electronics (preferred)
Work Environment
Warehouse/production setting
Standing and walking for full shift
