We’re seeking a dependable Digital Printer Operator to run high-end color and black-and-white production printers. The role involves reading job tickets, verifying file specs, and ensuring orders are produced accurately and on schedule. After initial training, you’ll work independently, helping team members and taking initiative when assignments are complete.
Location: 1580 W Mitchell Street, Fayetteville, AR 72701
Pay Rate: $22 – $23.50 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Dress Code:Business casual. Jeans without holes are fine; polos or plain T-shirts are acceptable. No open-toed shoes. We aim for a professional appearance with comfort for a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate large production printers and related equipment (guillotine cutter, paper drills, etc.).
• Follow detailed job tickets to confirm correct paper, size, quantity, and due dates.
• Perform quality checks, troubleshoot equipment, and calibrate for color accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance.
• Handle physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking, lifting cartons of paper, and pushing/pulling loaded carts.
• Support mail room, bindery, and fulfillment tasks as needed.
• Accurately document and report production activities.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience; roll-fed printing environment preferred.
• Technical aptitude to set up, calibrate, and operate complex printing equipment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
