Position Overview
Title: Digital Marketing Sales Rep
Location: Pennsauken, NJ (1 remote day/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $50K base + commission
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new business, including booking at least 3-5 client appointments per week
Sell digital marketing solutions and build strong client relationships
Prepare client proposals, conduct research, and analyze competitors
Handle objections and close deals effectively
Collaborate with internal SEO/content teams and support ongoing client success
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–3+ years of sales experience - digital marketing or agency background
Strong hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach and prospecting
Ability to close deals and overcome objections confidently
Organized and detail-oriented (proposal prep, research, follow-ups)
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive preferred
