Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Asset Compliance Specialist to join our Marketing team and ensure 100% digital compliance in Asset Usage Rights management. This role is critical in mitigating legal and financial risks by proactively managing the lifecycle of digital assets and ensuring that all content across social media platforms aligns with active contractual rights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, ensuring timely removal of content (images, videos, music, talent likeness) once usage rights expire.
Act as the primary owner of corporate tools used for usage rights management, ensuring “proof of deletion” is documented.
Coordinate with Brand Managers and Digital Agencies to execute content removal or replacement.
Maintain accurate records of removed assets and provide weekly reports to the Internal Control team.
Identify and prioritize removal of high-risk assets (e.g., celebrity endorsements, influencer content).
Provide recommendations to improve usage rights management processes.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 1+ year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Sprinklr).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) – both written and verbal.
