We are seeking an Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics to support marketing reporting, dashboards, campaign measurement, and data analysis. The role will partner with marketing and data teams to provide accurate reporting, actionable insights, and support marketing analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Department: Digital Brand Data
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 hours/week
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring marketing reports.
Analyze campaign and channel performance and respond to ad hoc data requests.
Validate data and identify reporting or data quality issues.
Support marketing attribution platform adoption, documentation, and training.
Assist with campaign measurement, testing, and performance reporting.
Support AI and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, reporting, or a related field.
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience with digital marketing and web analytics platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud data warehouses.
Knowledge of marketing attribution and multi-touch attribution.
Exposure to A/B testing, holdout testing, or incrementality.
Experience with AI tools, automation, or analytics platform enablement.
