About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Designer to join a dynamic Brand Studio team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in transforming creative briefs into compelling, high-quality visual experiences across digital platforms, social media, web, presentations, and live events.
You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, and producers to deliver work that is not only visually striking but also scalable, consistent, and aligned with brand standards across global markets.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Craft Excellence
Champion and evolve the brand’s visual identity, design systems, and motion principles
Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs
Asset Production
Design and deliver production-ready assets across social, web, in-app, DOOH, experiential, and broadcast channels
Optimize assets for performance and quality across formats
System Alignment
Maintain cohesive experiences across 2D, 3D, motion, and product interfaces
Apply and uphold established design systems
Project Ownership
Lead projects end-to-end, from interpreting briefs and concepting to final delivery
Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards
Tools & Workflow
Design using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Create presentations and visual narratives in Google Slides or Keynote
AI-Enhanced Creativity
Leverage AI tools to explore ideas and generate variations
Ensure all final outputs meet high creative and brand standards
Technical Contribution
Support basic compositing, lighting, and rendering when needed
Ensure final outputs are polished and production-ready
Trend Awareness
Stay current with design, animation, AI, and creative tech trends
Proactively introduce fresh ideas and innovative approaches
About You
You’re passionate about creating world-class visual experiences and excited to help shape the visual language of a growing global brand.
You bring:
Experience: 5+ years as a visual or digital designer in an agency, in-house studio, or product/marketing team
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, social content, brand storytelling, or motion work
Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing
Craft & Detail: Exceptional eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with creatives and stakeholders
Feedback & Iteration: Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and motion trends
Adaptability: Open to experimenting with emerging tools and technologies
Global Collaboration: Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones
Communication: Clear, confident communicator of design ideas and decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B, fintech, or complex digital products
Familiarity with motion design or collaboration with motion teams
Exposure to AI-powered creative tools
Experience working within in-house brand or marketing teams
Compensation
Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 annually
