We’re seeking a Digital Banking Strategy Consultant who brings a powerful mix of commercial banking experience, tech fluency, and executive-level presence to help lead high-impact transformation projects. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the technology and the business side—from building customer portals that deliver real value to leveraging AI, automation, and robotics to streamline operations.

In This Role, You Will:
Drive strategy around digital tools, platforms, and customer experiences in the commercial banking space
Leverage Microsoft Dynamics (especially case management tools) and/or Salesforce to optimize processes
Lead cross-functional teams to build and enhance customer portals that are efficient, intuitive, and growth-focused
Identify opportunities for innovation using generative AI, automation, and emerging tech
Serve as the bridge between stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery
Present confidently to executive leadership and build trusted partnerships across teams

We’re Looking For Someone With:
Proven experience in commercial banking or financial services
Strong knowledge of case management systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a must; Salesforce is a plus)

A strategic understanding of digital transformation, particularly in AI, automation, and robotics
Experience leading digital initiatives or platform redesigns (especially portals)
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at the executive level
A natural relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced project settings
