Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble components and products according to established specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Assemblers play a key role in ensuring our products are built accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components and subassemblies using hand tools, machinery, or specialized equipment
Inspect and test wiring, circuits, and assemblies to ensure proper operation and record results
Adjust, repair, or replace parts to correct defects and meet quality specifications
Clean and prepare parts using approved cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, work orders, and written instructions
Mark, label, and track components to maintain accurate inventory and documentation
Position, align, and secure parts to ensure proper fit and assembly
Package finished products for shipment and move materials using hoists, carts, or hand trucks
Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and engineers to review work activities and resolve production issues
Assist team members by explaining assembly procedures or demonstrating techniques when needed
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or related hands-on work preferred
Ability to read and understand written instructions, diagrams, and technical documents
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment
Ability to monitor gauges, indicators, and equipment performance
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with team members
Active listening skills and willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Reliable attendance and ability to work at a consistent pace
