We are seeking a mission-driven Development Manager to lead fundraising efforts for a thriving cultural institution with strong community roots and international reach. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing comprehensive development strategy and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual and capital campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundation/government grants, membership, and planned giving Cultivate and steward relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors
Oversee the full grant lifecycle including research, proposal writing, and reporting
Manage fundraising events, festivals, auctions, and community engagement initiatives Supervise development staff, contractors, and volunteers
Oversee Salesforce CRM, donor records, gift processing, pledges, and reporting
Partner with executive and finance leadership on budgeting and strategy

Qualifications
Proven fundraising success across major gifts, grants, events, and corporate/foundation relations
Strong writing and donor communication skills
Experience managing events and supervising teams
Knowledge of planned giving principles
Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
Highly organized, professional, and passionate about community-centered cultural work
