We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support for desktop and laptop technologies, operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.

This role is ideal for an IT professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience supporting end users in fast-paced environments, and the ability to resolve both hardware and software issues efficiently.
