Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst / IT Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level technical support across hardware, software, networking, and end-user systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in structured IT support environments using ITIL methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, software, mobile device, and peripheral issues
Manage and track technical support tickets and escalations
Support Active Directory administration, user provisioning, and security processes
Collaborate with Tier I, Tier III, vendors, and infrastructure teams
Assist with system upgrades, deployments, migrations, and IT projects
Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles
Participate in rotating on-call support schedules
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience
Experience with Active Directory and ITIL methodologies
Knowledge of networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and ticket management
Strong technical writing and customer service skills preferred
