Our client is expanding and looking for a DESIGN ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established organization known for delivering exceptional, detail-driven architectural woodwork projects.
If you enjoy working with precision drawings, collaborating across teams, and helping bring beautiful custom designs to life, this role could be a great match.

What You’ll Do:
As a Design Engineering Technician, you’ll support custom woodwork projects from concept through production by:

* Creating and revising detailed shop drawings and technical documentation
* Translating architectural and design intent into accurate, build-ready plans
* Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and production teams
* Reviewing drawings for accuracy, quality, and constructability
* Supporting revisions and updates throughout the project lifecycle


What We’re Looking For:
We’re open to candidates with varying levels of experience who bring strong technical skills and a team-oriented mindset.

* Experience in drafting, design engineering, or technical design
* Background in millwork, cabinetry, architectural woodwork, or related industries is a plus
* Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
