About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for our client’s U.S. operations, you will be the trusted advisor to some of the company’s most important clients. Your role goes beyond onboarding — you'll be a strategic partner who ensures dental practices get the most value out of the platform. From optimizing workflows to advocating for product improvements, you will play a critical role in client success and satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Training: Lead a smooth and effective onboarding process for new clients. Provide hands-on training for key practice personnel.
Operations Optimization: Guide clients on implementing best practices and standardized workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Customer Health & Advocacy: Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze KPIs, and provide proactive solutions to ensure long-term success.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal support teams (Levels 1–3), external vendors, and partners to resolve client issues promptly.
Product Improvement: Collaborate with the Product Engineering team by sharing customer insights to help shape product development and innovation.

What We’re Looking For
Experience:
5+ years in the U.S. dental industry.
2+ years managing a dental practice end-to-end (e.g., Office Manager or Operations Manager roles).
Technical Skills:
Proficient with at least one dental practice management software.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, dental KPIs, and full-practice workflows.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
