We’re Hiring: Experienced Dental Biller
Are you a detail-oriented billing professional with a strong background in dental claims? We're looking for a Dental Biller to join our team and help us maintain smooth and efficient billing operations.
Key Responsibilities - Review and manage outstanding claims in accounts receivable - Track and collect payments, including setting up payment plans - Correct rejected insurance claims and coding errors; submit necessary documentation - Investigate and resolve denied claims - Manage patient insurance claims and coordinate payment plans - Process and post all remittances (manual and electronic) to appropriate accounts - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports - Stay current on policy changes from insurance payers and communicate updates internally - Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and office policies - Serve as a liaison between insurance companies and the dental office - Assist with other billing-related tasks as needed Qualifications - Previous dental billing experience is required - Proficiency in **Dentrix** is strongly preferred - Solid computer and data entry skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - High attention to detail and accuracy.
