Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or a related field (required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Demand Planner, preferably within cosmetics or personal care manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Power BI, Forecast Pro, Anaplan)
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting new product launches and SKU rationalization
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
