Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deburr professional for a direct hire opportunity in Valencia, CA within the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional who takes pride in producing high-quality components that meet precise blueprint specifications and safety standards.

As a Deburr team member, you will help prepare machined and fabricated metal or plastic parts for final inspection, assembly, and production use. Key Responsibilities

- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined or fabricated parts.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and deburring equipment to finish metal and plastic components.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect parts during and after deburring to ensure accuracy, finish quality, and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following shop safety procedures.
- Support production flow by completing assigned work accurately and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $21 to $22 per hour.
- Location: Valencia, CA.
