We are looking for a Dealer Service Manager with experience in automotive service management and customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing service department operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate the service team, including service advisors and technicians.
-Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sales support.
-Manage repair timelines and service quality.
-Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and profitability.
-Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to meet warranty and service standards.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
-Knowledge of automotive mechanics and workshop management.
-Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
-Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
